Tavaris Baxter

Tavaris Baxter serves as an Associate Director overseeing the Student Involvement Ambassadors, new student organizations, advising the SGA OWAM Committee, and working with the Homecoming Niner 9. Tavaris has previous experiences working with college access organizations and residential education programs with a special interest in working with historically underrepresented groups in higher education. Tavaris is a proud alumnus of UNC Chapel Hill and the Higher Education program at NC State University. Tavaris has been at UNC Charlotte since Fall 2022.
